Business objective
SASAL is seeking companies interested in jointly exhibiting at a B2B event in New York. The objective is to help participating companies increase their visibility, connect with prospective customers and business partners, and explore new cross-border business opportunities in the New York market.
Business context and current state
Exhibiting independently at an international B2B event can require significant financial and operational resources. To make participation more accessible and effective, SASAL will coordinate the joint exhibition, including overall planning, communication, and on-site arrangements. Participating companies will be asked to cover a portion of the exhibition fee. The exact amount will be determined and communicated at a later date. Each participating company will also be responsible for its own travel and accommodation expenses.
Scope and deliverables
The collaboration will cover joint participation in a B2B event in New York. SASAL will coordinate the overall exhibition plan, shared booth arrangements, communication among participating companies, and on-site operations. Each participating company will prepare its own promotional materials, product information, and representatives for the event.
Deliverables
Participating companies will be expected to provide: • A company profile and product or service information • Logos, images, and promotional materials for the exhibition • A designated representative for event coordination • Staff to attend the event and conduct business meetings • Timely feedback and approval regarding shared booth arrangements
Success measures
The joint exhibition will be considered successful if participating companies increase their visibility in the New York market, generate qualified business leads, and hold meaningful meetings with prospective customers or partners. Additional indicators of success may include follow-up discussions, pilot projects, distribution partnerships, and other forms of cross-border business collaboration.
Required partner criteria
Applicants should be legally established companies with a clear interest in entering or expanding within the U.S. market. They should offer products or services suitable for a B2B audience, be able to communicate and coordinate in English, provide the required company and promotional materials, and assign at least one representative to participate in the event.
Timing and milestones
The event date and detailed schedule will be confirmed at a later stage. Key milestones will include the selection of participating companies, confirmation of participation fees, collection of promotional materials, completion of booth planning, pre-event coordination, and participation in the event in New York.
Proposal and evaluation
Interested companies should provide an overview of their business, the products or services they intend to present, their objectives for participating in the event, their target customers or partners in the United States, and the name and role of the representative who will attend. Relevant international business experience and preferred types of business partnerships should also be included.
Evaluation
Applications will be evaluated based on the company’s suitability for the event, relevance to the B2B audience, potential in the U.S. market, clarity of participation objectives, readiness to engage with prospective customers and partners, and ability to cooperate with SASAL and the other participating companies.
Commercial and governance conditions
The estimated participation fee is USD 2,000–5,000 per participating company. The final amount will be determined based on the event costs, exhibition package, shared booth requirements, and number of participating companies. SASAL will cover a portion of the shared exhibition costs. Each participating company will be responsible for its own travel, accommodation, product shipping, insurance, and other individual expenses.
Pricing breakdown and proposal validity
The final participation fee and a breakdown of the included shared costs will be provided after the event arrangements and number of participating companies have been confirmed. Travel, accommodation, product shipping, insurance, taxes, and other company-specific expenses are excluded. No success fee is currently planned. Participation will be confirmed only after the final fee and applicable terms have been accepted by both SASAL and the participating company.
