SASAL Ecosystem Operating Policy
Last updated
SASAL brings together companies and people working across borders. Our aim is to help participants move from a useful introduction to a practical business relationship, supported by shared standards and clear responsibilities.
1. Shared values
- Honesty. Describe your business, capabilities and opportunities accurately, and acknowledge what is still uncertain.
- Integrity. Take responsibility for commitments and communicate when circumstances change.
- Respect. Treat other participants professionally and respect their time, information and decisions.
- Transparency. Explain intentions and relevant conditions clearly while protecting confidential information.
- Empathy. Consider different business contexts, cultures and perspectives when working across borders.
2. SASAL’s role
SASAL provides its platform and, where agreed, its own support services. Business agreements between other participants remain the responsibility of those parties. Commitments for a service supplied by SASAL are described in the applicable Terms of Service and signed agreement.
3. Registration and participation
Company registration uses email verification and account setup rather than an admission review. An unfinished Company profile stays private until its owner completes and publishes it. Registration does not grant certification.
Certification and some services have separate eligibility requirements or checks. Requirements are explained in the relevant service; they are not a general approval condition for Company registration.
4. Introductions and collaboration
Matching information and introductions help participants explore relevant opportunities. They do not guarantee suitability, agreement or a business result. An introduction does not oblige you to proceed with a contract. Review counterparties and terms before making a commitment.
5. Professional conduct
Keep information accurate, protect account credentials and use the platform responsibly. Fraud, misrepresentation, harassment, unauthorized solicitation and misuse of private information are not permitted. The Acceptable Use Policy and Platform conduct policy explain the standards and review process.
6. Information and independent judgment
Respect the visibility, confidentiality and reuse conditions of information you access. Platform content and recommendations support business review and do not replace independent judgment or professional advice where it is needed.
7. Questions and concerns
We welcome professional participation from companies and people who share these principles. For a question about participation, a service or a platform concern, use the Contact page.
