Trust & Safety

Last updated

SASAL supports professional business collaboration across borders. This page explains how to raise a concern, what account and company checks mean, and how platform issues are reviewed.

1. Our approach

We aim to support accurate information, respectful communication and responsible use of the platform. Participants should be able to understand a business opportunity and choose whether to proceed without pressure or misleading claims.

2. Accounts, company information and certification

Company registration uses email verification and account setup. An unfinished Company profile remains private until its owner completes and publishes it. Registration does not itself grant certification or a verified business status.

Some services or a separate certification application may require additional company information, documents or checks. The relevant service explains its requirements. A certification or verification status has a defined scope and does not guarantee a business outcome or replace your own review.

3. Fraud, impersonation and inappropriate conduct

False identities, misleading opportunities, harassment, spam and unauthorized disclosure of private information are not permitted. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the standards that apply.

SASAL can review suspected misuse and restrict content or access when needed to protect participants or the service. Confirmed conduct decisions, account-standing periods and the correction process are described in the Platform conduct policy.

4. Business relationships and support

Review the other party, the proposed work and the applicable agreement before making a business commitment. An introduction does not require you to enter into an agreement.

SASAL can review issues involving platform rules and provide the support agreed for its own services. Commercial agreements between other participants remain the responsibility of those parties. SASAL does not act as a court or arbitrator for their disputes.

5. Content and privacy

Share business-relevant information that you are authorized to use. Avoid false or misleading claims, unlawful content and disclosure of another person’s confidential information.

Public Company profiles and private workspace records have different visibility and permission settings. The Privacy Policy and Data & Security Policy explain how information is handled.

6. Reporting and review

Use the Contact page to report suspected fraud, impersonation or another platform concern. Include dates and a clear description of the issue. If you believe an account decision was made in error, ask for a review through the same page.
