Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated
SASAL is a professional platform for cross-border business collaboration. This policy explains the standards that help participants use the service safely and respectfully. It applies alongside the Terms of Service and Platform conduct policy.
1. Professional use
Use SASAL for genuine business communications, partnerships and other permitted services. Keep account and company information accurate, respect other participants and make claims you can support.
2. Activities that are not permitted
- Fraud, impersonation, false credentials, misleading opportunities or deceptive financial solicitations.
- Harassment, threats, discriminatory or unlawful content, or sharing confidential or personal information without permission.
- Excessive, repetitive or disruptive promotional communications, fake accounts or manipulation of platform interactions.
- Unauthorized access, interference with security or service availability, or attempts to bypass permissions.
- Unauthorized bulk extraction, scraping, redistribution or reuse of platform data.
- Investment or other regulated activities without the necessary authority, disclosures or compliance.
3. Authorized tools and data use
Use APIs, automation and export features only where SASAL provides or authorizes them, and within the applicable permissions and limits. Public website information and private workspace data may have different access and reuse conditions. The Data & Security Policy explains those distinctions.
4. Your responsibilities
Follow the laws that apply to your activities. Review counterparties and opportunities independently before making business commitments, and respect other participants’ intellectual property and confidentiality.
5. Review and account measures
SASAL may review suspected misuse and take steps to protect users or the service. Depending on the situation, this can include removing content or restricting access while an issue is reviewed. Confirmed conduct violations are handled under the Platform conduct policy, including its review and correction process.
6. Reporting a concern
If you notice suspected fraud, misuse or inappropriate conduct, please use the Contact page. Include the relevant dates and context so we can review the concern. Do not publish another person’s private information when making a report.
7. Policy updates
We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. The date on this page identifies the latest revision. Applicable notice and agreement requirements remain governed by the Terms of Service and any signed agreement.
