Mid-Term Management Plan
Our mid-term management plan for IrukaDark focuses on aggressive global user acquisition and rapid market penetration. Currently, IrukaDark has built an initial core community of approximately 10,000 active users worldwide.
Our primary objective over the medium term is to scale our active user base to 1,000,000 users globally. During this growth phase, our strategy centers on product excellence, broad distribution, and user engagement. We are focusing on making IrukaDark an essential secondary desktop AI companion for power users, continuously refining our feature set and distributing access to lower the barrier to entry.
Once we reach the 1,000,000 user threshold, we plan to transition into our next strategic phase and begin full-scale monetization. By building a massive, highly engaged user foundation prior to monetization, we will establish a strong market presence and create high-converting revenue streams through premium subscriptions and advanced enterprise offerings, positioning IrukaDark for sustainable long-term success.
