Platform conduct policy
SASAL, INC. · PLATFORM POLICY
Platform conduct policy
Effective September 7, 2026Purpose
SASAL is a professional business platform. This policy explains how SASAL addresses confirmed conduct violations while giving organizations visibility into their own account standing.
What may be a violation
Violations may include unprofessional or abusive conduct, inappropriate communications, repeated missed commitments, misrepresentation, unauthorized disclosure of confidential information, fraud, safety concerns, or other material breaches of the platform rules.
Yellow cards and the one-year period
A Yellow Card remains active for one year from the most recent confirmed violation. If no violation is confirmed during that period, the Yellow Card automatically clears. Any newly confirmed violation resets the one-year period. Two active Yellow Cards require an administrator review for possible temporary suspension; they do not automatically suspend an account.
More serious measures
SASAL may apply a temporary suspension or permanent deactivation where a confirmed violation is serious, repeated, necessary to prevent harm, or otherwise requires a stronger response. Measures are decided by an administrator rather than by automated scoring alone.
Visibility and privacy
Your company’s status and history are visible only to its managers and SASAL administrators. SASAL may show selected, anonymized past examples to other company managers for education. Those examples never identify the company, its members, reporters, or evidence.
Review and correction
If you believe a decision is incorrect, contact SASAL support with the decision date and your company name. SASAL can review a decision and remove it when it was made in error.
