This Policy outlines the pricing structure, payment terms, refund policy, and related operational rules applicable to the paid services offered by SASAL.

SASAL offers the following paid services:
1. Events
- Access to invitation-only networking events
- Participation in curated, theme-specific events
2. Support Requests
Based on user requests, SASAL may provide support through:
- Retainer agreements (ongoing support)
- Project-based engagements
- Equity-based arrangements
3. Partner Introductions & Deal Support
- Introduction to selected companies and professionals
- Assistance with negotiation and contract execution
In certain cases, the following may apply upon successful engagement:
- Success fees
- Referral fees
- Cashback arrangements
4. Investment Opportunities
- Access to investor matching opportunities
- Facilitation of investment engagements
SASAL does not guarantee any investment outcomes or returns.
5. Sponsorship
- Sponsorship agreements with partner companies
- Exposure across SASAL events and platform channels
- Strategic partnership opportunities
6. Additional Services
- Packaged solutions based on specific themes or needs
- Customized business support services
Terms for packaged services are subject to the partner company’s contractual conditions.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms for each service are as follows:
1. Events
- All event fees are payable in advance
- Payments must be made via online payment methods (e.g. credit card)
- Participation is confirmed upon successful payment
2. Support Requests
(Retainer / Project / Equity-based engagements)
- Fees are generally payable on a monthly advance basis
- Payment method: bank transfer
- Specific payment schedules may be defined in individual agreements
3. Sponsorship
- Fees are generally payable on a monthly advance basis
- Payment method:
credit card payments via designated online platforms (e.g. YouTube or similar channels specified by SASAL) - Specific terms may vary depending on the agreement
4. Packaged Services
(Partner introductions and commercial arrangements)
- Payment terms and methods are subject to the partner company’s contractual conditions
- Success fees, referral fees, or cashback arrangements may apply
5. Investment
- Investment funds must be provided in advance
- Payment method: bank transfer
- Terms such as valuation, equity stake, and funding structure are defined in separate agreements
6. General
- Final payment terms and conditions for each service are determined through
individual agreements or the relevant service pages
4. Refund Policy
As a general rule, payments are non-refundable, except in the following cases:
Eligible for Refund
- Events canceled by SASAL
- Clear failure in service delivery due to system issues
Non-Refundable Cases
- User-initiated cancellations
- No-shows at events
- Unsuccessful matchings
- Failure to reach agreement or close a deal
- Dissatisfaction with investment results
- Account suspension due to policy violations
5. Contracts and Compensation
- Detailed terms and compensation structures are defined in
individual agreements or relevant service descriptions - Success-based fees, referral fees, and cashback may apply depending on the arrangement
- Equity-based engagements will be governed by separate contractual terms
6. Subscription (If Applicable)
- Subscription services may renew automatically
- Users must cancel prior to the renewal date to avoid charges
7. Disclaimer
SASAL shall not be held responsible for:
- Outcomes of contracts between users
- Investment decisions or results
- Business or partnership outcomes
- Any financial returns or performance

8. Changes to Pricing
SASAL reserves the right to modify pricing and this Policy with reasonable prior notice.
