Provided business support for Electric Vehicle strategy. Reworked sales strategy for product sales based on the client’s existing Business Required Document. We calculated the market size, developed a short-term business plan, and created a shortlist. When creating the shortlist, we clarified the commercial structure of the EV business and conducted a simple BDD for a privately-held company.
