SASAL Private Certification Program is an independent certification system established and operated by SASAL to promote transparency, trust, and quality within the global cross-border business ecosystem.
This certification is not a government license, public accreditation, or legal qualification. It is a private certification granted by SASAL based on its own evaluation standards.
Our purpose is to reduce information asymmetry and help businesses identify reliable cross-border partners.

ELIGIBILITY
For organizations supporting international growth.
Organizations may apply for certification if they satisfy SASAL’s eligibility requirements. Applicants include, but are not limited to:
- Consulting firms
- Law firms
- Accounting firms
- Immigration specialists
- HR providers
- Business service providers
- Other cross-border support organizations

Years of validity
Certification is valid for two years from approval.
Renewal assessment
Renewal is required before certification expires.
Guaranteed outcomes
Certification cannot be purchased and is never guaranteed by payment.
RENEWAL
Reassessed every two years.
Organizations wishing to maintain certification must successfully complete a renewal assessment every two years. Renewal verifies that certification requirements continue to be satisfied.
MATERIAL CHANGES
Keep certification information current.
Certified organizations must notify SASAL without undue delay if a material change occurs, including:
- Company name
- Legal entity status
- Ownership
- Management
- Business scope
- Professional licenses
- Regulatory status
- Compliance issues
- Service offerings
- Business Stage within SASAL
Stage changes and continued eligibility.
When an organization’s Stage changes within SASAL, certification information must be updated. Stage update review is free of charge.
If updated information no longer satisfies requirements, certification may be suspended or revoked. Organizations that lose certification may reapply through the standard process and applicable review fee.
Report a Stage change
For certified organizations only. Enter the application reference and email used for certification. SASAL will review the update at no charge; your certification remains active while the review is in progress unless SASAL determines otherwise.
SUSPENSION & REVOCATION
Trust must be maintained.
SASAL may suspend or revoke certification where requirements are no longer met; false or misleading information was submitted; material changes were not disclosed; serious compliance or ethical concerns arise; or certification is misused.
CERTIFICATION MARK
Use signals active status.
Certified organizations may display the official SASAL Certification Mark only while certification remains valid and in accordance with the SASAL Certification Mark Usage Guidelines. Marks must be removed immediately upon expiration, suspension, or revocation.
Independent by design.
The certification review fee covers the cost of evaluating an application. Payment does not guarantee certification, and the fee is non-refundable.
Certification decisions are made independently by SASAL according to published criteria. They are not influenced by advertising, sponsorship, partnership status, or commercial relationships.
